Message from the Presidents of EUCASS and 3AF

It is our pleasure to announce the ninth edition of the EUCASS conference, which will take place in Lille (France) from 27 June till 01 July 2022 with the friendly support of 3AF (Association Aéronautique et Astronautique de France).

The venue is the Lille Grand Palais, conveniently situated within walking distance from the city centre, the train stations and the metro line 2. The Lille-Lesquin airport is connected by bus shuttle to the central station.

After the year 2020 that proved so difficult for the aeronautical and space sectors, EUCASS-3AF 2022 will bring together worldwide professionals, experts and students to discuss issues and perspectives, and review the latest scientific and technological developments. It will be an opportunity for our entire scientific community to renew direct scientific contacts and present its results and proposals for tomorrow’s aeronautics and space in a world forced to change.

This conference, organised by the non-profit association EUCASS, is one of the best attended conference on aeronautics and space sciences. The conference was launched in 2004 by dedicated scientists and engineers from Western Europe and Russia. Previous issues have been held in Moscow (2005), Brussels (2007), Versailles (2009), Saint Petersburg (2011), Munich (2013), Krakow (2015), Milano (2017) and Madrid (2019).

This premium biennial event is supported this time by academic and industrial clusters from France (Aer’Hauts-de-France and Normandie Aérospace) and Belgium (Skywin).
