We could no longer hold the rooms due to contract terms with Hotels.

If you want to stay in these Hotels you can deal directly with them but we cannot guarantee you a conference rate.
They will apply the regular rate and you will not be taken into account on our rooming list.
The conference secretariat will not be involved on your personal hotel bookings.
